The team is functionally part of Global DACRM team and locally part of HSBC IWBP business accountable for building and commercialising data assets and advanced analytics capabilities to enhance customer experience reimagined, deliver business growth, enable data led innovation, and drive informed decision. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Australian Data, Analytics, CRM team in the role of Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Your main responsibilities will include:

Work with IWPB business stakeholders to understand business problems and perform deep-dive analysis to derive actionable insights that enable informed business decisions.Deliver campaign analytics, customer segmentation, and machine learning models to optimize cross-sell, up-sell, usage, and retention campaigns.Utilise analytics and dashboard visualisation to support CRM and customer messaging with customer targeting, campaign forecasting, performance tracking and effectiveness measurement.Develop data products that transform customer, staff experiences and/or business decision processes; by leveraging advanced data and analytics capabilities.
