This role is akin to a chief of staff position, focusing on strategy, education, awareness, communications, budget management, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategy and Enablement** + **Organizational Context and Strategy** + Accountable for strategic cybersecurity frameworks for the Company, including NIST CSF 2.0 and supporting other framework compliance initiatives. + Communicate successes effectively, simplify and consolidate reporting rhythms and processes. + Develop comprehensive documentation products to manage and monitor the organization's regulatory, legal, risk, environmental, and operational requirements. + **Education, Awareness and Training** + Lead the Email Protections Initiatives, and user education. + Develop and promote the Cybersecurity across the global organization. + Establish and manage the internal Net Promoter Score (NPS) process. + Elevate enterprise defenders through targeted initiatives. + Ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of training initiatives. + **Communications** + Consolidate all communication pathways and normalize processes. + Identify areas for improvement to enhance communication reach. + **Budget and Operational Effectiveness** + Provide holistic budget management and cost optimization initiatives + Accountable for the cybersecurity Project Management Office (PMO) consolidating projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes. + Develop and implement an agile framework for the organization. **Basic Qualifications** + University Degree with 8+ years experience in information technology, cybersecurity, software development and/or engineering, OR Advanced Degree with 5+ years experience in information technology, cybersecurity, software development and/or engineering. + 5+ years experience with budget management and cost optimization strategies. + 5+ years in Agile framework and project management, and/or continuous improvement methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications** **(assets)** + Strong leadership with experience with cross functional teams. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Additional information** + Immigration sponsorship is not supported for this position.
