Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain to expand the firm's client base.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

Technical Delivery:

Oversee the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity services to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with technical teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of cybersecurity projects.Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.Encourage professional development and growth within the team.Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.At least 7 years of experience providing cybersecurity consulting services to internal or external clients.Current or previous experience in Consulting (either the Big 4 or Niche firms) is a must; industry experience is an added advantage.Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering complex cybersecurity projects.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and drive results.
