What You'll Do: Lead and manage the Customer Solutions & Integrations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, translating those into common solutions that drive success. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to enhance our offerings and ensure smooth implementations. Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients, empowering them with the knowledge they need to roll out and optimize solutions. Leverage data and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve solutions, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of customer experience. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and position Sinch as a market leader in customer solutions.
