**What You Will Do**
+ Manage key strategic customer accounts driving benchmark satisfaction levels.
+ Primary liaison between customers and P&WC in support of customer’s maintenance activities.
+ For each assigned customer establish service levels and manage suppliers (repair facilities) to customer expectations.
+ Strategic & contractual management of key customer accounts.
+ Own, maintain and drive action items for assigned customers to achieve strategic objectives.
+ Accountable for managing contract financial performance.
+ Works across multiple complex engine models managing difficult technical challenges to obtain service resolutions.
+ Provides direct support to customers, and customer executives on high visibility events.
+ Navigates through multiple global regions and cultures to identify the best solution for each customer.
+ Develops customer solutions across multiple P&W business units ensuring coordinated efforts to exceed customer requirements.
+ Drives solutions with customers to achieve acceptable outcomes to all unscheduled events.
+ Strategic regional support for new programs (G500/G600/F6X).
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or related field.
+ 10 years of customer account or program experience in the aerospace industry.
+ Ability to manage complex maintenance program and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
+ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including on short notice.
+ Solid understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of maintenance agreement.
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Master’s Degree/MBA.
+ Experience in the Aerospace and Aero Engine knowledge.
