Orchestrate delivery of campaign plans to ensure alignment with marketing plan and delivery on business goalsManage and appropriately allocate overall marketing and specific campaign budgetsDefine campaign plan calendar & timelinesDesign appropriate channel mix to support campaign goals and ensure effective reach into target audienceLead tactic sequencing and prioritization, project managementGuide content strategy and messaging architecture across all marketing channels (media, web, email, sales, events, etc.)Manage audience marketing budget spend (media, agencies, creative, etc.) appropriately by aligning tactical plans with P&S leadership’s strategic prioritiesStrategic Stakeholder
Lead recurring meeting cadence with Product & Segment Marketing to align on focus area’s campaign and annual marketing strategy, timelines, address roadblocksWork across organizational structures effectively, including the broader marketing team and channel partners, sales and operations, and lead by influence to drive effective collaboration, alignment and decision-makingApply journey-development strategies in partnership with Growth & Insights and Product & Segment teams to target the right message to the right person at the right timeMetrics & Targeting
Understand customer and market insights, personas and apply within campaign strategiesPartner with Product & Segment Marketing to define target audience and segmentation refinementDefine campaign metrics and analyze performance to monitor and optimize channel and tactical executionTrack campaign performance of global programs and provide feedback to the business to optimize effectiveness of future campaignsThis is a general expectation for a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, and it is understood that additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, which may not be reflected in this memo. Additionally, you will have the ability to effectively interact with and relate to people at all levels; have an ability to move and influence a group (stakeholder buy-in), moving the team into a common direction and with a common visionHelping guide strategic audience and/or therapeutic area channel strategy and vision You will have the ability to effectively develop campaign strategy and partner with a cross-functional team to execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.Excellent internal and external customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tactDemonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and follow up on multiple projectsDemonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skillsPositive attitude and sense of urgency with a demonstrated leadership abilitySkill Requirements:
8 - 10+ years prior marketing experience mandatoryBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or Business; Masters a strong plusExperience working in a large global matrix organization, and building relationships with key stakeholdersSpecific expertise in marketing life science services highly desirableProven results with marketing program strategy, planning, development, and implementation through multi-channel approaches (digital, social, print, email, webinar and face-to-face events, etc.)In depth knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM)Deep expertise in channel strategyRobust understanding of the target audience and the customer journey to enable strategic campaign designDeep expertise in marketing automation, especially Eloqua, and working knowledge of customer relationship manager (CRM Eg. salesforce) databases are a must.Strong understanding of the digital marketing technology landscape and best practices desirableStrong communication, copywriting and editing skills neededHighly organized with strong project management and data analysis skillsEffective communicatorOpen to working across time zonesLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:
