A strategic advisor who can help drive and influence communication planning and delivery that reflects the voice of our clients, employees, and stakeholders?As the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will be accountable for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that support Element’s growth and elevates employee engagement. Reporting to the Director, this role enables strategic alignment across channels and leadership communications. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding and building Element’s reputation, while strengthening its internal culture and employer brand from the inside out.

The Senior Manager plays a key role in driving cohesive and effective communication across the enterprise, working in close partnership with senior leadership to shape and execute high-impact strategies that inform, engage, and inspire employeesServe as strategic advisor to senior leaders on communication planning and delivery, ensuring messaging reflects the voice of our clients, employees, and stakeholders, and aligns with Element’s Purpose, strategy, and ValuesLead the development and execution of executive communications for EVPs and senior leadership, providing messaging support on cultural initiatives, enterprise priorities, and key organizational updatesDesign and manage a robust editorial calendar that integrates enterprise strategy, employee experience goals, and communication best practices to ensure consistency and clarity across all internal messagingOversee content planning and delivery for employee communications channels, including the intranet, email campaigns, leadership forums, and town halls, ensuring messages are timely, relevant, and cohesiveFoster a culture of open dialogue by supporting strategies that invite feedback, amplify diverse perspectives, and elevate leadership transparencyCollaborate cross-functionally to coordinate messaging, integrate initiatives, and ensure seamless communication executionUse audience insights and engagement metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize impact and relevanceAct as a senior leader and mentor within the Communications team, with responsibility for the growth, coaching, and development of team members, including a Communications Lead and Senior AssociateProvide ongoing support, training, and feedback to help team members build expertise in corporate communications, content creation, and stakeholder engagementFoster collaborative, agile, and values-aligned team culture, encouraging innovation and accountabilitySupport performance planning and professional development efforts in partnership with Communications leadershipRequirements
Bachelor’s Degree required10 – 12 years’ experience navigating matrixed organizations; driving culture change; leading and influencing others with limited authority; articulating and demonstrating the importance of communications planning and strategy to business partnersSelf-starter; operating under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; navigating ambiguity and change; opportunistic; diplomatic in their ability to tailor approach with different internal/external audiencesStrong business acumen (demonstrated by communications that are consistently prioritized and driven by business demand)Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership on the development and communication of large-scale strategies and transformation workDemonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams. Strong project management and organization skills with attention for detailsA partnership mindset with effective negotiation and influencing skills to drive collaborative decision making and resolve conflictsThe hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 - $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
