Position Summary:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing to support consumer marketing efforts within schizophrenia. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success and shaping the future of our company.
This role will report to the Director of Consumer Marketing and will play a key role in helping to shape and execute the brand’s digital and in-office strategies to support both people living with schizophrenia and their care partners throughout the treatment journey.

In partnership with the other cross-functional team members, this individual will champion consumer marketing efforts to support the ongoing US commercial launch of Cobenfy. The applicant should have experience supporting pharmaceutical brands through tactical design and pull-through. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of disease state and brand development with relevant experience in patient-focused marketing including developing tactical plans aligned with brand strategy. The ideal candidate will also be a resourceful self-starter who is confident leading cross-functional projects with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and execution of patient digital marketing initiatives, including [but not limited to] social media, point of care, display and other digital channels
Partner with the Director of Consumer Marketing during TV production planning to ensure capture and use of digital first assets across applicable digital and social channels
Own and optimize the CRM program [email/SMS], working closely with key stakeholders in reviewing performance to provide data-driven recommendations
Support the evolution of message maps that integrate customer type, segmentation, and site of care
Work with internal cross functional groups, including but not limited to: Omnichannel, Patient Services, Customer Experience, Production, Legal, Regulatory, and medical partners to ensure integration and compliance
Help manage day-to-day agency relationships and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of assets and programs
Support the development of compelling content and storytelling that reflects patient needs, motivations and emotional drivers
Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the Analytics and Omnichannel teams to provide optimization recommendations
Serve as a patient champion, advocating for patient-centric marketing approaches across the brand team
Stay current on industry trends in digital health, social media, and CRM to recommend innovative approaches to patient engagement
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
6+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or relevant experience, with at least 3 years in patient/consumer-facing roles
Strong background in digital marketing and CRM strategy; experience with a broad set of social media platforms and content development a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and work within a matrix environment
Experience managing external agencies and vendors
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
Passion for mental health, patient engagement and improving the patient experience within psychiatry
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $141,410-$171,400, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience. Eligibility for specific benefits listed on our careers site may vary based on the job and location.
