Your leadership will directly impact operational efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier reliability, contributing to Carrier’s global success. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Senior Manager, Commodity Management & Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for: • Providing strategic leadership and oversight for assigned commodities to maximize business value • Conducting operational and spend analysis, developing and executing annual sourcing strategies • Leading supplier negotiations, performance management, and operational support • Awarding contracts within spending limits and identifying new qualified sources of supply • Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve strategies • Analyzing supplier operations to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performance • Developing strategic plans for commodities or key suppliers • Managing relationships with one or more strategic accounts within assigned commodities • Leading the sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature • Ensuring supplier performance meets delivery, quality, and cost expectations **Requirements** We are looking for people who are strategic, analytical, and collaborative.
