Senior Manager, Commerical Finance

As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as _Senior Manager, Commerical Finance._ **Responsibilities** + Accountability for driving financial results, delivering performance against budget, and providing thought-leadership in support of our growing business + Disciplined management of key operational levers and oversight of company initiatives and pilots. Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and influence leadership accordingly + Reporting monthly financial and operational results, with a focus on clear and concise insights and the ability to relate operational actions to financial outcomes + Direct partnership with senior leadership by analyzing, forecasting, and presenting key financial and operational data + Building business cases that justify investments, and then measuring performance against target to identify opportunities for improvement + General support of the FP&A leadership team as needed. Projects may include ad hoc modelling, forecasting, and ROI/NPV calculations for major initiatives + Leading a team of 2-3 individuals, inclusive of mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback **Minimum Education and Experience** + BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. 7+ years of experience in the FP&A or Strategy function at a mid-to-large sized organization OR experience in a consulting environment + Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required. Must be strong at financial modeling and presentation building + Comfortable relating operational KPIs to business objectives and financial results + Experience leading a team and providing feedback + Ability to excel in a fast paced environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and address changing priorities + Desire to learn with a continuous improvement mindset + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
