The Sales Compliance team is responsible for designing and ensuring effective controls across DoorDash’s sales organization. The team has 4 functions - Revenue Reconciliation, Contract Operations, Commercial Operations and User access controls. The Sales Compliance team is part of the larger Sales Strategy & Operations team which accelerates productivity and develops go-to-market strategies and processes to support our sales organization. This group builds the engine and foundation for DoorDash to achieve the best selection for our platform and grow revenues across all business lines.
About the RoleAs a Senior Manager in our Commercial Operations team, you'll be at the forefront of streamlining deal execution, ensuring data integrity, and navigating approvals to maintain compliance and achieve optimal deal structures and pricing. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner closely with the sales organization, providing critical support and enabling strategic opportunities across DoorDash. You'll be a key driver in building a more robust and efficient commercial engine through proactive identification and implementation of system and process enhancements.

We’re excited about you because… You have experience leading and scaling commercial operations, deal desk or a sales support function using FTEs, contractors, vendors, etc. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; diligent with deliverables and deadlines, able to multitask Strong analytical skills along with the ability to demonstrate practical judgment in sophisticated situations Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills, adept at identifying root causes, collaborating with stakeholders on long-term solutions, and clearly articulating rationale for decisions across all organizational levels. Attention to detail with a strong bias for action to drive sales velocity across systems. Bachelor’s degree, Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant fields preferred Technical aptitude to work with multiple systems including Salesforce, JIRA, and Contracting Software Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, Contracting Tools and Google Suite
