Job DescriptionAs a VCA Managed Services Senior Manager you will manage and deliver managed services engagements for Visa clients in Indonesia.
In this role, you are expected to:
Managed Service Project Delivery: Directly drive the implementation of VCA’s strategy recommendation by working on-site with Visa clients. Lead the PMO of strategic initiatives by collaborating with client counterparts. Initiatives will typically be in cards product management, portfolio optimization, operational improvements and campaigns.Managed Service Project Oversight: Oversee specialist VMS resources working on-site with Visa clients. Manage client relationship and overall project management.Business Development: Support proposal content development, conduct research on Visa and industry data to analyze potential client needs, identify suitable Visa / VCA solutions to solve client needsInternal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk and Merchant Solutions teamsQualifications
