Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us . **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversight of China Production team while managing the day-to-day tactical execution plan for assigned Asia Cluster market + Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy + Partner with Omni Channel Strategists and Brand Teams to understand marketing campaigns and overall brand strategy to best provide direction on production and execution on marketing assets + Collaborate closely with the Omni Channel Strategists, Brand Teams, and creative teams to understand specific project requirements + Collaborate cross-functionally to plan executions, schedule resources, and execute campaigns in line with BMS Operating Model standards and processes + Accountable for development of content timelines and content delivery as planned across supported channels + Direct (hands on) involvement with China platforms, such as WeCom and WeChat, to execute content plans effectively + Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams, external vendors, and agencies + Act as an SME for tools and platforms, operating models, and processes used to support project management, workflows, timelines, finances, and successful delivery of tactics + Lead and participate in status meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key projects + Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize workload to support brand strategies, ensuring efficient and effective production processes. + Identify process improvement opportunities within production management and drive innovation initiatives + Utilize Agile methodologies to optimise workflows and improve execution efficiency + Analyse marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization + Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance marketing operations + Stay informed about emerging technology solutions that enhance omnichannel marketing execution If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
