Job Summary
Takes a leadership role by driving the development of short, medium and long term product plans of multiple portfolios to insure sustainable revenue growth, profitability and the success of new product introductions. Clearly defines new product opportunities, leads and supports cross functional development teams and drives portfolio improvement plans to achieve financial objectives. Owns, drives and influences the financial performance of existing product portfolios while implementing long term strategies for portfolio expansion.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
(20%) Manage multiple portfolios of existing products while focusing on revenue and profitability. (10%) Evaluates existing products to determine profitability & lifecycle viability. (10%) Develop and execute a new product road for multiple portfolios to ensure revenue growth and profitability goals are achieved. (10%) Responsible for world class new product launches and derivative mod implementation for multiple portfolios. (10%) Leads projects and supervises subordinates in program management roles. (10%) Supervises P&L performance through VE, new product development, pricing/mix management and sku rationalization. (10%) Ensures and supervises commercial viability for new and existing products in multiple portfolios. (10%) Leads and develops direct reports career path. (5%) Aids in establishing annual AOP mix allocation for multiple portfolios. (5%) Actively involved with determining long term strategic growth opportunities.
Education and Experience Profile
Bachelor’s degree 10+ years product management experience Proven results in a major marketing role Successful project leader

Work Environment
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Pay Range: $133,385-$209,605.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
