This will be located in **New Brunswick, NJ or Titusville, NJ. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company** . This role is crucial in ensuring the successful integration of the acquired company and the alignment of our strategic roadmap with cross-functional coordination. _This position is a duration role, intended to last for approximately 18 months._ Eligibility for severance. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Strategic Roadmap Development:** Collaborate with senior leadership within and beyond the integration team to develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the strategic roadmap of the organization. + **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Oversee and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to change. Actively engage with stakeholders across the organization to promote a unified vision and shared goals. + **Partnership with Communications:** Work closely with the communications team to develop messaging that resonates with employees, ensuring clarity and consistency in change communications. Foster an environment where employees feel informed and engaged throughout the transition process. + **Informal Leadership Role:** Act as an informal leader in bringing together change management leaders from different functions into a cohesive forum or cohort. Encourage knowledge sharing, best practices, and collaborative problem-solving across teams. + **Understanding Employee Needs:** Invest time in getting to know the employee base of the acquired company. Gather insights to understand their needs, preferences, and established ways of working and communicating. Utilize this understanding to tailor change initiatives effectively. + **HR Partnership:** Maintain a close partnership with the HR Transition Management Office and the HR Integration Lead to ensure alignment of people strategies and change initiatives. Collaborate on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies. + **Cross-Functional Oversight:** Provide oversight for change management activities across all functions, ensuring that change efforts are appropriately resourced, effectively executed, and aligned with organizational goals. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field; advanced degree preferred. + Proven, significant experience in change management at a senior level, specifically in an acquisition or transformation context is required + Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse employee groups and stakeholders. + Demonstrated ability to understand and address employee needs and preferences in the context of organizational change. + Familiarity with HR processes and frameworks related to transitions and change management. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
