Senior Manager, Change Enablement – WM Business Initiatives

What is the opportunity?

We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and collaborative candidate for the Senior Manager, Change Enablement role in Wealth Management Canada, Digital. 

You will join the product enablement team, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure our digital tools align with business goals, user needs and launch with the appropriate Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. In this position you will provide program support to Wealth Management business partners and product owners, related to change enablement planning and tactics. You will also provide tactical support of changes occurring with our branch and client user bases related to regulatory changes, new digital applications and services used by this user community across all our business lines.

What will you do?

Apply a structured change management approach and appropriate methodology to the people-side of change that results from initiatives delivered by or within WMC Digital.

Work closely with your partners to define the appropriate change management and go to market strategies and plans for complex initiatives. Stakeholder groups include, business owners, digital product owners, communications, training, HR, and operational specialists, creating integrated plans and activities to support project implementation, managing the holistic change enablement delivery plan.

Assess, monitor, and track the effectiveness of change management activities and deliverables, change readiness and adoption metrics, and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner.

Partner with the designated business leads on all projects, providing ongoing advice and support regarding change management practices, including the approach, strategy and change plan, and raising risks or issues promptly to the relevant partners.

Coach and prepare change leaders from projects across WMC Digital and our partners; to ensure change leaders understand and are prepared to execute their role during the change process.

Assist in managing project communications (e.g. presenting plans in senior meetings, and management of project documents).

Mentor team members on change management practices, and collaborative working practices across partner functions.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Minimum BA/BS degree

Change management professional designation with minimum 3 years of change management experience, preferably with medium-large scale product delivery and organizational change

Project management experience preferably within software deployment and digital application development programs

Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, and exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to work confidently with all levels of management and staff, with high impact and influence competencies

Strong facilitation, presentation, and delivery skills

Nice-to-have

Experience with, or awareness of wealth management, or financial businesses is preferred

Experience of digital environment preferred

Strong collaborative and relationship building skills, with the ability to think ahead, anticipating project needs, resilience in changing situations and work to support others to deliver the best project outcome
