Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Campaigns & Store Marketing Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and in-store marketing. This individual will ensure seamless collaboration between campaign strategy and in-store execution. The Senior Manager will drive quarterly campaign planning, manage agency and vendor relationships, and ensure a cohesive customer journey across advertising and in-store channels.

Responsibilities:

Leads the strategic planning and execution of quarterly integrated marketing campaigns and related promotions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies, includes evaluating quarterly goals and business needs, providing Insights Team with inputs for forecasting, and guiding campaigns team in brief creation. Oversees the development and implementation of in-store marketing strategies and messages, ensuring alignment with Category Team goals and providing a cohesive customer experience. Serves as the primary liaison with creative agency, ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and alignment with strategy and other messages in market. Develops and maintains strong vendor relationships to support signage production, digital signage programs, and promotional material distribution. Ensures cross-functional alignment between campaign messaging and in-store execution, optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints. Monitors campaign performance and in-store marketing effectiveness, working with agency and Insights teams to evaluate performance, informing future strategies. Oversees marketing budgets and scope planning related to creative agency and store operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and identifying cost efficiencies. Manages and mentors Campaigns and Store Marketing Operations teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Drives innovation in marketing execution, staying informed of industry trends and emerging technologies. Supports marketing leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects as needed. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree a plus. 7-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, retail marketing, or marketing operations. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and agency teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Experience managing agency relationships and vendor contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools preferred. Retail or B2C industry experience strongly preferred.
