Position Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of business transformation strategies to drive operational improvements and innovation.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
Manage and track project deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Analyze data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
Facilitate communication and change management activities to support successful project execution.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in business transformation, change management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with 3+ years in managing projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar.
Knowledge of best practices in process design & documentation
Very strong influential skills, needs to work collaboratively with several stakeholders
Ability to assess effectiveness from a customer’s point of view
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
