Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentEmpower and mentor your team: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development by providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.Supervise and develop associates: Hire, train, and mentor team members, recognizing their achievements and ensuring diversity awareness.Strategic Technical SupportLead technical support initiatives: Guide your team in delivering continuous technical support and troubleshooting system issues, while developing strategic solutions to enhance system uptime.Access and support strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for access management and operational support to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.Stakeholder CollaborationEngage with stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to identify root causes of system issues and communicate resolutions to senior leadership.Partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including hardware, identity management, business owners, application owners, and internal Care teams, to remove hardware friction and improve processes.Project Management & ComplianceOversee project support: Manage and direct a team that supports projects across various divisions and platforms, implementing support plans, managing user access, and directing subject matter experts.Ensure user access compliance: Lead the resolution of critical issues to streamline user and access management processes, ensuring compliance for all onboarding and offboarding activities.Operational ExcellenceReal-time chat support strategy: Develop and evaluate staffing plans to ensure real-time chat support meets demand, especially during peak hiring periods.Hardware procurement strategy: Partner with the hardware procurement team to address hardware needs and ensure timely availability of necessary equipment.Change management: Lead change initiatives from concept to implementation, recommending technical and conceptual ideas, and assessing the readiness of technology solutions.Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain relationships: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs while promoting continuous learning and adaptability.Compliance & EthicsUphold company policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Implement related action plans and provide direction on applying these in executing projects.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in technology, system management and integration, process design, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in technology, system management and integration, process design, or related area.Preferred Qualifications1 year of supervisory experience.1 year of experience leading project teams.We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
