What's the opportunity?
RBC Borealis Business Operation team is hiring a Senior Manager, BI & Analytics Developer. In this role you will be responsible for creating and automating various Business Operations reporting initiatives. This position plays a key role in providing timely and accurate business operations information to our partners and management to assist in strategic decision making.
Your responsibilities include:
Source data from various platforms and build automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and other data tools;
Analyze business & operational processes and identify reporting requirements;
Design and develop innovative reporting solutions to support leaders in managing their business;
Apply standard design principles and advanced data visualization techniques to provide actionable insights;
Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity in a time efficient manner.
You're our ideal candidate if you have:
3-5 years of experience in BI and Analytics;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred;
Proficient in developing dashboards and reports using Tableau or an equivalent reporting tool;
Experienced in performing complex data analysis on large volumes of data;
Experienced with Python or other automation technologies;
Proven innovating mindset with quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills;
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
Accounting and/or Finance Experience;
Experience with cloud technologies;
Experience with large data platforms.
