Senior Manager, Business Analyst for Corporate Solution

About the Role

To design best function solution to fulfill the business needs which to make sure the core system can accommodate the new product quickly launch to the market, regulatory requirements and fast business growth etc

Roles and Responsibilities:    
Function solution document delivery based on UR(60%)
•    Work closely with business functional User Rep & technical team to ensure system implementation within required timeline to support business objectives
•    Analyze and provide optimum solutions, support requirements assessment, solution and process planning, Agile implementation, enterprise blueprint / architecture, prototyping, and impact analysis.
•    Ensure solution options based on business demand, provide comparison and recommendations on the technical integrity of the solutions, cost effectiveness and supportability that meets user requirements and industry best practices
•    Take ownership of the functional solution preparation and see it through to its successful implementation

Planning & Incident Management (25%)
•    Responsible for requirement delivery plan is on tracking.
•    Hands on incident management and follows up of application systems issues.
•    Ensure the incident is responded and resolved within the SLA.
Business Support (10%)
•    Act as the contact point to facilitate close and effective communication channel between technical team and users
•    Provide on-site or remote support during user conversions as applicable

Others ad-hoc tasks(5%)
•    Related ad-hoc tasks assigned to facilitate requirement analysis


Job Requirements:    
1.    University graduate, bachelor or above
2.    Be familiar with insurance core systems and at least 10+ years experience in requirement analysis function areas
3.    Group Life Insurance business knowledge is plus, especially in the domain of  new business, underwriting, product, claim etc.
4.    Proactive, creative and logical thinking, good research and analytical ability 
5.    Self-motivated and willing to work with others or work independently under a high pressure
6.    Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills of both mandarin and English
7.    Office software(Word, Excel, PPT, AXURE, VISIO etc.) is required.
