Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will be primarily responsible for implementing brand strategy and managing the development and activation of fully integrated marketing plans for brands in North America. This individual will lead the flawless execution of the marketing plans into market to reach specific target audiences and drive brand awareness, consideration, and advocacy. This individual will work with cross-functional internal teams and external agencies to develop integrated marketing plans to deliver on the business objectives, reach the consumer target, drive return on investment, and deliver insights back to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking: Based on the set brand strategy and vision, seek out new ideas, taking inspiration from internal sources or external best-in-class activations, to drive engagement and relevancy for our brands. Creative Development: Work with external agencies and internal studio to bring to life on-brief strategies that ladder back to consumer insights and business objectives. Lead the day-to-day working relationship with the agencies to develop and execute big ideas, including copy testing, photo and video shoots, and asset development. Campaign Management: Deliver brand projects on time, on budget, and with excellence. Ensure compliance of the brand standards and maintain consistency of all communication elements across marketing-based activities. Integrated Marketing Plan Delivery: Work with media, social, public relations, digital, and studio teams to execute marketing campaigns holistically across all consumer touchpoints.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing or closely related field. Consumer Package Good Industry Experience preferred Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns for large consumer brands. Demonstrated experience creating campaigns that ladder back to brand identity and strategy. Demonstrated experience of managing agency partners. Sound understanding of modern marketing channels. Action oriented team member who will drive projects to on-time completion. Communicates and works effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to direct flawless execution with attention to detail.#LI-SM1

Base Salary: $103,520 - 181,150.
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
