The Coca-Cola company is committed to leading innovation in the nutrition sector, offering cutting-edge products that meet the diverse needs of our customers. The Senior Manager, Nutrition Category Innovation will be responsible for driving the innovation pipeline for our nutrition product lines. This role involves strategic oversight of product development, collaboration across departments, and leadership in advancing new ideas from conception to market launch. What You’ll Do for Us  

Lead the strategic vision for nutrition category innovation, identifying opportunities for product differentiation and market growth.

Manage the development and execution of new product concepts, ensuring alignment with company goals and consumer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, CCAP, and supply chain to ensure seamless product development processes.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in nutrition.

Oversee product testing, validation, and iteration to ensure excellence in product quality and performance.

Establish and nurture partnerships with commercial, CCMG and bottlers to develop launch plan and ensure successful launch of product.

Routine review on NPD performance and quickly test & learn.

Prepare and present innovation project proposals and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders 

Qualifications & Requirements 

Consumer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset

Good at dealing with ambiguity, thinking out of box, driving alignment and making it happen

Solid experiences and strong passion on NPD development

Good leadership and influencing skills to collaborate and drive alignment internally and externally

A minimum of 5 years of experience in innovations or brand management is ideal  

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
