About this team
The Brand & Community team is responsible for leading the integrated, cross-functional marketing process with the goal of increasing the awareness, preference and demand for our brand and products over time.
Reporting to the VP, Brand Marketing, APAC, you will bring global brand plan to life in a way that is both distinctly lululemon, and uniquely local. You lead campaigns, local projects, experiences and build a plan that comprises broad and deep tactics to accelerate growth, brand awareness and long-term brand love. You are best in the world at building relationships, online to offline tactics and enthusiastic delivery of KPI’s. Through engaging and innovative online and offline storytelling you will be accountable for inspiring, educating and challenging guests to deliver against traffic, revenue and brand awareness goals.
A day in the life: Build the market brand and community strategy bring to life lululemon’s key differentiator for Southeast AsiaDrive brand equity, awareness and segmented activity and product stories in order to accelerate market growthCo-create regional / market campaigns through effective communication and collaborationLead the development of local campaigns as it relates to various lululemon categories, including Yoga, Run, Train and potentially new categoriesLead the integration of campaigns across key marketing channels, social, PR, creative, VM, community in marketManage cultural nuances in the product calendar and campaigns as it relates to Southeast AsiaClosely partner with E-commerce and store team to drive traffic and guest engagement to support our growthLead and support store managers by coaching the store on how to create community with market influencers and identifying key relationships Lead and support within SSC team as key leader in Southeast Asia to promote and enhance lululemon culture and create environment when team has strong willingness to work together cross-functionally
Qualifications:
You are passionate about sports, health and well-being. You’re someone who wants to grow as a person and thrive in a culture of leadership development and goal setting 8+ years brand or integrated marketing background Have led big brand initiatives in a high growth brand such as experiential, key relationships management or influencer programs, strategic partnerships Effective written, presentation and communication skillsHave strengths in strategic planning, analytic skills or consumer insights research Strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work well with others across the business in a matrix environmentConsumer Brand Management experience at a cutting edge, high growth, influential global brand is a plusBeyond the Paycheck (Benefits & Perks) At lululemon, we care for and invest in the whole person – body, mind, spirit.
