Senior Manager, Así Studios

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

The Senior Manager, Asi Studios will contribute to the development of strategic plans and actionable solutions that yield successful go-to-market activations for clients and own ongoing category/ sector vertical insights.

ABOUT YOU:

The Senior Manager will work closely with internal capabilities in order to source all available information and support campaign complexity.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

Liaise with cross-functional teams during RFP process, provide clear direction on the deliverables needed to execute in a timely manner, provide marketing strategy, feedback and receive conceptual approval and alignment from all parties​Work with Así Studios creative and production teams to ensure presentation tells story in an impactful manner, with oversight from Director ​Manage Salesforce Así Studios portals and help keep all information up to date and help communicate with Sales regarding the status of proposals ​Bring solutions to life via compelling insight-led, strategic decks and marketing materials​Deliver communication and analysis externally at client level to pitch agencies and clients on the solutions and confidently communicate TU’s value proposition throughout the sales process​Support Director and team in day-to-day Así pre-sales and post-sales activities including but not limited to: outlines and integrated marketing proposals for sales to present to clients and advertising agencies​Occasionally attend and/or present at in-person and virtual client meetings ​Determine when it is appropriate to escalate to Director ​Mentor junior managers on process and presentation aesthetics​Lead and schedule internal PS calls to share programming, tentpole, talent & content updates​Develop category expertise and provide marketing industry and advertiser intelligence to PS and Sales teams on a consistent basis

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMust have excellent attention to detail and organization6 Years + media/advertising/sales marketing3 years+ Digital/Social Marketing/StreamingStrong strategic and storytelling skills for campaign proposals

Willing to work from one of our officesEmployment/education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

SALARY RANGE: 95K-110K + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
