What You Will Do:Build strong partnerships with finance leadership and stakeholders, aligning on roles, metrics, and service delivery.Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting goals, monitoring progress, and supporting career growth.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, strengthen compliance, and support business objectives.Lead accounting and reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.Oversee balance sheet reviews, ensuring accuracy, identifying risks, and driving corrective actions.Implement and maintain effective internal controls to comply with SOX, anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws, and Stryker policies.Drive standardization and simplification of accounting processes across entities and ERP systems.Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure efficient, effective audits.

What you need:Minimum experience of 5 years in accounting manager position or equivalent, SSC or in a multinational companyDegree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldFluent in EnglishFamiliar with USGAAP, Sarbanes Oxley ActProven leadership with the ability to lead large teamsAble to effectively communicate at all levels of the organizationAble to identify and implement innovative solutions to meet business requirementsProfessional certification in accounting or progress toward completion
