Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing and Digital Sales Enablement
**Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing and Digital Sales Enablement (Cambridge, Massachusetts)** As the Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing and Digital Sales Enablement for our North America Digital team in Cambridge, MA, you will play a pivotal role in developing our digital channel and tools to maximize the efficacy and impact of our approach to engaging our top Accounts in North America. **Your role:** + Lead the development of our North America digital account-based marketing strategy and plans based on our regional strategy and priorities with the aim of capturing, retaining, and growing business at our most key customer accounts. + Key partner to our sales teams across our North America region to digitally enable and empower them to be even more effectives sellers. + Partner with marketing and sales leadership across our region and businesses in addition to partners across several global functions to bring a plan to life and realize new levels of impact. + Leverage an understanding of our technology stack and our regional and business needs to partner with the Digital Center of Excellence and IT teams to evolve our technology to further enable driving greater outcomes **You're the right fit if:** + Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. Preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Sales or similar. Healthcare Industry experience a plus. + Experience with account-based marketing technology/platforms (e.g. Demandbase, 6Sense) a must. Experience with digital sales enablement platforms (e.g. Seismic) preferred. LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience a plus. + You have a track record of fostering and building stronger sales and marketing alignment + You’re a strong communicator and strategic thinker, with the ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive action and influence senior leadership. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
