The Senior Management Consultant provides high-level technical and advisory support to the Marine Corps Information Command (MCIC). This role integrates technical and informational capabilities to support Combatant Commands and Marine Corps Forces. The consultant ensures the operationalization of Information Environment Battlespace Awareness (IEBA), refines doctrine and policy, and provides executive-level guidance on emerging issues. Responsibilities Act as a technical expert to integrate technical and informational capabilities, creating solutions that support Combatant Commands and Marine Corps Forces. Provide quality assurance reviews to identify valuable tools and data from external agencies involved in information operations. Participate in service and joint wargaming and experimentation to refine and operationalize the role of IEBA within MCIC. Review and provide input on current and future doctrinal, policy, and regulatory documents concerning MCIC, information operations, and IEBA. Develop point papers that establish and confirm command positions and guidance on emerging IEBA or MCIC issues. Continuously update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the MCIC. Support the preparation of Technical Reports and Briefing Materials as required. May lead task teams or provide subject matter oversight on MCIC initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant field. 15+ years of experience with Marine Corps operations, with demonstrated ability to integrate information functions into staff planning processes. 10+ years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC), with knowledge of offices and capabilities that support requirements. 5+ years of experience integrating information capabilities at the operational level. Staff experience at NSA or USCYBERCOM. Specialty in Information Systems Technology, with a focus on tools that support human-machine interfaces. TS/SCI clearance with active CI Polygraph. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Deep knowledge of Marine Corps operations and information integration at the operational level. Strong background in joint wargaming, experimentation, and IEBA operationalization. Ability to evaluate and improve doctrine, policy, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent technical writing and briefing skills to prepare executive-level deliverables. Strong leadership and consulting abilities with the capacity to guide MCIC strategy. Ability to engage with external agencies and identify valuable tools, data, and opportunities.
