Kforrce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Senior Management Consultant. Summary: We are looking for a business re-engineering professional who will play a pivotal role helping define and support the future servicing technology ecosystem. This role sits within the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Domain, which builds and deploys technologies to help move towards a future state in which digital is encouraged over paper, client interactions are digitized and automated, and operating associates focus on high value work. Operating in a fast-paced environment and in close collaboration with business and technology partners, the Senior Management Consultant will lead analyses to inform insights and recommendations across prioritized strategic re-engineering initiatives. They will play a crucial role in project team delivery, tasked with preparing for, conducting, and synthesizing business partner and SME interviews. The Senior Management Consultant will collect and analyze data to drive actionable recommendations to eliminate anti-digital friction. Additionally, this role will demonstrate SME interviews and various reference sources to build current state process maps, identify customer and associate struggles, and together with business and technology partners define the end-to-end future state. Other responsibilities include designing and drafting presentations and other deliverables to ensure successful project delivery.
