**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
+ Support sitewide routine operation and maintenance (ad hoc, corrective, and preventive maintenance) to clean and black utility systems such as steam boilers, air compressors, chillers & cooling towers, air handling units, water softeners, purified water (RO & WFI), and wastewater systems.
+ Support power reset for the electrical distribution system
+ Participate in problem-solving discussions with multi-functional teams to identify/define, and root causes, evaluate alternative solutions, and develop action plans.
+ Complete the routine maintenance for the site in a timely manner and in compliance with Engineering standards, quality compliance, and safety procedures.
+ Complete training provided to build up the necessary competencies.
+ Chip into a team effort by accomplishing desired results/Key Performance Index. Provide training and coaching to colleagues to build up their competencies.
+ Support third-party vendors who are contracted to perform routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and any other maintenance-related activity.
+ All GMP documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion in compliance with data integrity requirements.
+ All the tasks will be done in compliance with cGMP, EHS, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirement
+ Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the utilities engineer including but not limited to the above
**What You'll Need:**
+ Minimum NITEC or Diploma in a related engineering field, with at least 4 - 5 years of job-related experience.
+ Class 1 or 2 Boiler Certificate
+ Knowledge in Water Systems is preferred
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
