Your New Role

You will join FPMSAT Engineering, a global team within Finished Product Development & Manufacturing (FPDM) responsible for supporting and optimizing assembly and packaging processes and production lines across Novo Nordisk’s production network. Our mission is to drive standardization, promote best practices, and enhance operational and reliability excellence to ensure seamless pro-duction of life-saving products for patients worldwide.


As a Senior Maintenance and Reliability Professional, you will:

Own and drive development and improvements of standardised maintenance recommendations cross assembly and packaging fleet lines. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, incorporating methodologies such as Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM). Ensure equipment reliability and performance through standardised maintenance practices utilising Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) techniques. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for equipment failures, sharing insights to drive continuous improvement, mitigation strategies and global learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects to optimise operational efficiency and reliability, promoting knowledge exchange across disciplines. Monitor and enhance maintenance processes by leveraging data-driven insights and advanced diagnostic tools, while coaching team members to utilise these effectively.

 

The department is currently based in Bagsværd, Denmark, and could be subject to change.

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven +3 years experience in Maintenance and Reliability Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement maintenance tactics and strategies Expertise in predictive maintenance, reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) Proficiency in cost-benefit analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) English language proficiency Understanding of ISO 55000 (Asset Management)

 

We are looking for candidates who possess a proactive and solution-oriented approach, quickly identifying and resolving asset management challenges to enhance production efficiency.
Excellent communication & collaboration skills play a crucial role since as this role is the  key link between engineering, production, and maintenance teams, the candidate must be able to convey complex technical information clearly and foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
