Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist in our Bangkok office. 

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible to oversee all aspects of logistics / Demand Planning and executing logistics tasks in compliance with company policies.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Organizes and controls the Logistics activities in the area of responsibility (e.g., Logistics management) to achieve cost benefits, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction through the best possible Skilled in tracking project schedules, managing milestones, and ensuring timely material handling and customer supply. Experience in deploying logistics strategies, optimizing processes, and managing logistics operations to achieve cost efficiency and delivery reliability. Knowledgeable in Thai import/export regulations, with the ability to consult with government authorities and advise on licensing requirements. Capable of implementing risk management measures, monitoring logistics KPIs, and driving continuous improvement through project evaluations. Proven ability to lead logistics teams, coordinate with external providers, and support senior management in logistics-related decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Professional experience in project logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in large-scale or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Thai import/export regulations, including experience consulting with government authorities and handling licensing requirements. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external logistics providers. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in risk management, KPI tracking, and process optimization. Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
