Provides day-to-day logistics support and expertise to organize transportation, manage logistics issues, and resolve exceptions that occur during the transaction and execution of shipment orders within the material flow work process. Requires full proficiency in a variety of technical processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable work experience to perform a variety of job assignments. Works with limited supervision, typically only on new or complex tasks. Provides solutions to analytical or scientific problems in situations that are atypical or infrequent, based on precedents or existing procedures. Acts as an informal resource for less experienced team members. Responsibilities: + Responsible for ensuring that SAP shipments are timely, accurate, error-free, and compliant with work standards. + Ensures that no fines or penalties are incurred due to missing or inaccurate export documentation. + Responsible for the immediate resolution of all issues related to orders, shipping documents (Certificates of Analysis, Bills of Lading, Survey Reports, Goods Issue, Customs-Trade Partnership documents), invoicing, accounts payable, etc. + Interfaces with third-party logistics providers (Freight Forwarders, Contract Terminals, Surveyors) to audit, investigate, and resolve material flow issues. + Participates in tracking key performance indicators and other metrics. + Supports business and functional projects as a subject matter expert. + Supports and assists in the investigation of QNs and identification of corrective and preventive actions. + Facilitates problem resolution related to invoicing and overdue payments. Assists with routine invoice reviews and/or demurrage tracking, resolution, and recovery. Qualifications: + Bachelor Degree. + 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain. + Additional courses in Technology (Power BI, Python, and related tools). + Advanced English. + Intermediate Spanish (desirable). + SAP (desirable).
