**Description** SAIC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Senior Logistics Analyst** to join our team in **Oak Harbor, WA** . In this role, you'll be the central point of contact for our warehouse operations, ensuring all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various team members. **Key Responsibilities:** + Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inventory organization, cleanliness, and safety procedures. + Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verify accuracy of orders, and coordinate with carriers. + TD Kit Management: Maintain and track Technical Directive (TD) kits, ensuring all components are accounted for and ready for use. + Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse staff and higher-level management, providing updates on inventory, shipments, and operational challenges. + Documentation: Prepare all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs forms. + General Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support overall logistics and warehouse functions. This is a hands-on position that requires you to be on your feet and actively involved in the day-to-day work.
