Job Description
1. Lead and manage logistics digitalization projects, including idea derivation, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital tools and systems
2. Overall logistic cost controlling and identify potential improvement projects
3. Lead improvement project to streamline logistics operation workflows and reduce costs
4. Act as SAP key user within the logistics department, supporting system configuration, troubleshooting, training, and user support
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material planning and production planning processes, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
6. Drive best practices and standards in warehouse management and logistics planning
7. Provide technical expertise and guidance on logistics engineering/quality and system integration
8. Support new products localization project from logistic perspective incl. package design, physical flow, sample arrangement till SOP
9. Other tasks assigned by leaders
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Min 5 years' working experience in manufacturing Supply Chain related fields (planning, sourcing, warehouse, etc.).
3. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, material flow, and production planning processes.
4. Familiar with digitalization technologies such as warehouse management systems, automation, and data analytics
5. Hands-on experience with SAP logistics modules and serving as a key user or superuser
6. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Willing to learn and work under pressure, organized and disciplined.
10. Lean background and experience is highly expected.
