You will identify and solve business problems while mentoring analysts, all in alignment with Fiserv’s mission to transform financial services. **What you will do:** + Analyze and model business processes, create use cases, business rules, and specifications. + Lead workshops to gather requirements, evaluate feasibility, and set priorities with stakeholders. + Manage small to medium projects independently and assist with complex projects with minimal supervision. + Review and validate test cases, user documentation, and conduct presentations and training sessions. + Identify business problems, propose solutions, and participate in project estimations and continuous improvement initiatives **What you will need to have:** + 6+ years of experience in business analysis with expertise in loan setup and origination (collateral, mortgage, auto). + 6+ years of experience utilizing Signature core banking products, specifically focused on the Loan module. + 6+ years of experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) and/or Waterfall Methodology. + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or equivalent work experience and/or military experience. **What would be nice to have:** + 6+ years of experience with mainframe (iSeries preferred), client/server, and web-based technologies. + 6+ years of experience with MS Visio or UML modeling tools and managing requirements across multiple projects. + Proven analytical skills with 6+ years of experience in the financial domain to assess client business needs and identify solutions.
