Minimum requirements:
LLB Degree Admitted Attorney with Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa At least 7 years' post admission experience in Corporate Litigation Solid knowledge of Administrative law and Constitutional law Proven experience in matters involving the public sector Ability to manage full litigation caseload independently Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal work under pressure Strong client engagement and matter analysis skills Excellent drafting and argumentation skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Familiar with legal developments and processes in the public sector Consultant: Danielle Fortuin - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
