Job Description Summary

he Senior Analyst is responsible for conducting the second-level quality check (QC2) of all lease records abstracted by the third-party provider during client transitions. After QC2, the senior analyst coordinates directly with the abstractor to resolve any errors, ensuring all updates are accurately reflected in the system.

About the role:

Maintain and update lease databases with accurate information from new, amended, or terminated leases, ensuring data quality and alignment with client standards.Extract critical data from lease documents, perform quality checks, and ensure accurate reporting and document uploads to client systems.Generate timely and accurate reports, track critical dates, and support compliance with lease terms including Estoppel Certificates and SNDA Agreements.Collaborate with real estate managers, lead lease administration meetings, and assist in legal coordination for document execution.Contribute to data integrity initiatives, participate in root cause analysis, and support ad hoc reporting and strategic projects.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree required, with 3–5 years of experience—preferably in data administration, real estate, or data analysis.Skilled in lease administration software and highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse, multi-regional team and matrix organization.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and adapt to changing priorities.
