PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist to support high-visibility initiatives at our Charlotte, NC hub. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide learning programs and potentially transition into a full-time position.

About the Role
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you’ll lead the design and delivery of both virtual and in-person training programs that support global business models and operational processes. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create engaging, learner-focused content that drives performance and supports strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging learning solutions for web-based and instructor-led formats Deliver live, instructor-led training sessions that promote collaboration and knowledge retention Coordinate logistics for learning programs, including LMS administration and internal communications Implement metrics and feedback tools to assess learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications: Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies, especially the ADDIE model Advanced skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline Ability to translate complex systems and processes into clear, learner-friendly content Strong critical thinking and content development skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating presentations, job aids, and learning guides
Preferred Skills: Experience with video production and graphic design Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a large corporate environment Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic business setting Why Join Us

Pay Details: $75.00 per hour
