About the role:

As our Senior Learning Product Manager, you will lead breakthrough initiatives that empower colleagues across the Firm to own their growth and accelerate their impact. This isn’t about traditional training — it’s about creating transformative learning experiences that seamlessly blend into everyday work life.

From local office programs and team room learning, to cutting-edge performance support apps and AI-powered solutions, you will architect a portfolio of products that build new habits and sustain lasting learning behavioural change.

You will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to craft bold learning strategies aligned with our business and talent priorities. Your expertise in surge skills will make you a go-to thought leader, driving individual and organizational growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

Leading the charge in cultivating a vibrant learning culture by building trust and alignment with senior stakeholders.

Designing and executing innovative learning strategies that meet colleagues ‘in the flow of work.’

Converting great content into impactful habits across offices, teams, and firm-wide communities.

Piloting experiments, measuring results, and continuously refining learning products for breakthrough outcomes.

Partnering across the organization to tackle complex challenges and delivering scalable learning solutions.

Who we are looking for…

A Learning visionary – you’ll have  6+ years of experience in Learning Product Management, Talent Development, or Organizational Development

This role will suit someone with previous experience gained within a management consulting, professional services, global technology, or other global firm

Proven ability to translate business challenges into data-driven, impactful learning solutions.

Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Passion for continuous learning, agile thinking, and innovation in the learning and development space.

Familiarity with LMS, LXP, and digital learning technologies - experience with utilising AI in Learning Product Management is expected

An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments

A Degree in business, organizational development, learning design, learning technology or a Master’s degree and relevant certifications a plus.
