Senior Learning & Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning & Development Expert to own the end-to-end management of key learning and development programs that drive employee growth, enhance performance, and align with our strategic business objectives. With 5-6 years of dedicated experience in L&D, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our learning culture by designing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving critical learning pathways, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end management of key learning and development programs, encompassing their design, implementation, and continuous improvement, such as onboarding experiences, ongoing professional development programs, or other critical learning pathways. Collaborate with HR business partners, managers, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create impactful content. Design, develop, and curate engaging learning solutions, including e-learning modules, blended learning programs, workshops, webinars, job aids, and on-the-job training. Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies to create effective and measurable learning experiences. Managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Analyze learning data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize learning programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent English (verbal and written).

5-6 years of experience in a Learning & Development role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in instructional design and learning program delivery. Demonstrated experience in designing and developing various learning modalities (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, workshops, virtual sessions). Proficient in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360). Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Hebrew. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability for afternoon work hours, aligned with U.S. time zones. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Location - Israel.
