Senior Learning & Development Consultant, Finance Division

As a Senior Learning & Development Consultant within Vanguard’s Finance Division, you will design, implement, and oversee innovative approaches and programs that drive crew development and career growth. This role plays a critical part in shaping learning initiatives that empower our finance professionals to excel and advance their careers.

Responsibilities

Design crew development and career planning programs and ensure senior managers and crew understand the purposes and methods of these programs.Monitor and analyze learning and development practices and processes to determine their efficiency and effectiveness, and recommend areas of improvement to deliver higher quality services and outcomes.Maintain effective communication with internal partners and the learning and development team to discuss changes that impact learning design, development, or program delivery.Determine internal partners’ learning and development needs to help them achieve key objectives and drive outcomes.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Five years related work experience, with at least two (2) years of learning and development experience.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.Experience within the financial field is strongly encouraged.This is a hybrid role with 3 days in-office at our Malvern, PA campus.
