Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a SeniorLearning Business Partner with expertise in Learning & Development (L&D) and business-facing roles to join our BDS Learning Business Partner Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to consult and develop BDS strategy and deliver learning solutions. This role reports to the BDS Learning Business Partner Senior Manager. This position can be located in Berkeley, MO, El Segundo, CA, Huntsville, AL, Mesa, AZ, Oklahoma City, OK, Philadelphia, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning learning initiatives with their goalsPartner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand needs and recommend solutionsEngage regularly with business leaders and employees to develop a strong understanding of business realities and learner needsCollaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve common objectivesPartner with L&D core teams and other HR COE Partners (Executive Talent Management, Leadership Development, Production Systems Training, Talent Acquisition, Data Analytics, etc.) to develop and deliver integrated solutions for BDSCollaborate with the Enterprise L&D team to share best practices, resources, and lessons learnedProject Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple learning initiatives, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring successful implementationStrategic Thinking: Align learning initiatives with broader organizational goals, ensuring that training and development efforts contribute to overall successAct as strategic thought partner to BDS LBP ManagerTake a data-driven approach to evaluate and improve learning solutions in BDSBuild awareness and drive adoption of core and common Enterprise L&D solutionsAid in determining when BU-specific solutions must be developed to address critical requirements and identify opportunities to test and scale solutions across the EnterpriseAdaptability: Be flexible and open to change, able to pivot strategies based on evolving organizational needs and stakeholder feedback

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience simultaneously managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills3+ years of large-scale project leadership experience3+ years of business facing roles or work as a business leader1+ years of experience developing learning solutions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAgile project management or Lean experienceExperience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience in aligning learning strategy with business strategy to drive the highest level of organizational performance

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $90,100 - $142,500
