Senior Lean Manager, Process Re-Engineering

In this position... 

You will join the Transformation, Enterprise Process Re-Engineering global team working together to deliver a competitive advantage through operational excellence. You will use your 6-Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) skillset, to enable the transformation of the enterprise, by partnering with Business Units and Functional Teams on lean/Ford Operating System (OS) deployment, through value creation, improved experience, digital transformation, and smart End-to-End process design.  As part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) for lean/process improvement and problem solving, you will work cross-functionally and closely with integrated teams in Manufacturing, Product Development, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales and Service, to accelerate the transformation and installation of lean principles throughout the company.

You'll have... 

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business7+ Years of Experience6-Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) certification and/or demonstrated process strategy and improvement expertise leveraging metrics / data, to measure opportunities and validate success.

Master's of Science or MBA degreeExpertise in coaching and applying problem solving and process improvement methods and tools like Plan Do, Check Adjust (PDCA), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mapping, KPIs, Gemba, and Process MiningCross-functional experience and exposure to enterprise-wide improvement project(s)Ability to manage and deliver a project portfolio lifecycleProficient in executive communication and presentation creationAbility to understand and operate effectively in a global and cross-functional network,, always wearing the enterprise hatExtensive business acumen and coaching abilities, especially at the senior levelsStrong facilitation skillsAbility to apply analytical skills to create and validate compelling and persuasive business casesAbility to partner with others and foster teamwork, with a “can do” positive attitude and self-motivationAbility to manage multiple priorities while working collaborativelyResults driven and detail-oriented mindset
