Responsibilities: * Design and lead end-to-end UX research using mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) * Develop research roadmaps, documentation, and repositories to scale insights across teams * Conduct literature reviews and create theory-informed briefs to guide product decisions * Define success and guardrail metrics; perform power analyses, randomization, and statistical testing (e.g., t-tests, regression, ANOVA) * Use tools like SQL, Python, or R to clean, model, and visualize experimental data * Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams * Present findings through compelling storytelling tailored to diverse audiences * Facilitate workshops using service design principles to align stakeholders * Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to shape strategic roadmaps * Stay current with research and development tools, behavioral science, and experimentation best practices
