Senior Lead Transformation Coach

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Transformation Coach within Strategy, Digital & Innovation and Enterprise Payments. This individual will support the Global Payments & Liquidity Product Transformation team focused on aligning business and technology within a product domain to accelerate and streamline change execution. You will bring agile subject matter expertise and act as a change agent to coach, influence, teach and mentor employees at all levels regarding the ways of working, key behaviors and frameworks that drive success.


In this role, you will:

Build relationships and act as an advisor to senior leadership and teams to guide and influence transformational change for highly complex business needsStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate Agile and product theory into practical and tangible actions which upskill people, and help evolve how teams work togetherCoach for discovery of products and continuous delivery of customer centric work, including creation of product roadmaps, development of product area backlogs, and iterative application development using modern engineering practicesFoster maturation of Agile behaviors and delivery concepts across all levels of staff, and coach leaders to consider readiness, complexity, pragmatic strategies, and the structure required to support software and enable transformation successLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges by asking open, analytical questions to help rethink, change and coordinate the way work is structuredCreate, gain buy-in for, and implement proactive coaching plans that leverage observations and enterprise maturity assessments to evolve the skills of team members, engineering managers, and product managers toward higher levels of maturityActively participate in forums and communities of practice to provide strategic thought leadership and guidance on proven approaches for resolving impediments to accelerate deliveryGuide product managers and product owners on the beneficial use of metrics for continuous improvements and data-inspired decisionsProvide vision, direction and mentoring for peer coaches, Scrum Masters, and others, to aid growth and improvement


Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Understanding of Global Payments & Liquidity business operations, processes, products, and customer interactions Deep Expertise in Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) with demonstrated ability to tailor practices to context and needPrior success delivering Agile transformations in large, complex environments (20+ teams)Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership updates. Able to communicate thoughts, concepts, practices effectively at all levels, adjusting approach as needed to a target audience.Experience developing partnerships with strong ability to influence, collaborate with other business and functional areas, and overcome resistance to changeHighly motivated with an organized work style and the ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesStrong analytical ability used to identify risks, confidently raise issues, and escalate appropriately
 


Job Expectations:

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorshipCandidates must be willing to work out of either Charlotte, NC (Uptown location) or San Francisco Bay Area. No other locations will be considered. 
 

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
