Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant - Data Strategy Lead
**About this role:** The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Diverse Segments Representation and Inclusion, Legal, and Public Affairs business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Workplace Technology. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed. We are seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant within EFT to drive data strategy initiatives across Wells Fargo Technology and other business units. This role will focus on aligning data capabilities with business objectives, leading cross-functional teams, and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver enterprise data solutions. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the development and execution of enterprise data strategies and roadmaps + Conduct data maturity assessments, identify gaps, and define remediation plans + Translate business objectives into measurable data initiatives and outcomes + Advise on modern data architecture, including cloud platforms, data lakes, and warehouses + Support the development of advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities + Facilitate workshops and executive briefings to align stakeholders and drive consensus + Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership across business and technology + Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data strategy engagements + Define and manage functional requirements for complex business and technology initiatives + Oversee project documentation, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution + Collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver integrated data solutions + Ensure effective communication and alignment between stakeholders at all levels **Required Qualifications:** + 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 5+ years of experience leading large-scale global data initiatives + 5+ years of experience with data governance, including key data element identification, profiling, data lineage, data requirements, and quality rule documentation + 5+ years of experience working in financial services industry, particularly in finance and risk domains including Liquidity Risk and Regulatory Reporting + 5+ years of experience in creating & delivering technology roadmaps + 5+ years of experience creating domain level data strategies **Desired Qualifications:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset + Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences + Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus + Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities + Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with senior business leaders + Agile product management experience + Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications + A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology **Job Expectations:** + Ability to travel up to 20% **Posting End Date:** 31 Jul 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
