As the Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the ERFC Technology team, you will be at the forefront of promoting engineering excellence and innovation in regulatory reporting across APAC. You will oversee the development and deployment of applications catering to the regulatory reporting needs of Finance users across APAC locations, leveraging a cutting-edge tech stack including Databricks, PySpark, and vendor-based products like Axiom/OFSAA.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. Hands on experience s in technology leadership roles, focusing on application, data, and infrastructure architecture.Experience in implementing and integrating vendor software solutions.Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.Experience leading multiple feature teams of 7-8 software engineers.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.Exposure to cloud technologies.AWS, Google, or Azure certification preferred.
