Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityAdvanced in one or more programming language(s)Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Proficiency in data modeling tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, SparkSQL, PySpark) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot).Extensive experience in financial data modeling, data analytics, and financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector.Working experience with both relational and NoSQL databases​Experience and proficiency across the data lifecycle Experience with database back-up, recovery, and archiving strategyExperience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical fieldPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Proficient knowledge of linear algebra, statistics, and geometrical algorithms
