Senior Lead Product Manager - Consumer Lending Operations Contact Center Modernization

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking two Senior Lead Product Managers to drive a high-priority contact center modernization across Consumer Lending Operations. These product managers will partner with Enterprise teams to simplify our contact center technology and data ecosystem through integrated solutions and enable AI capabilities in support of our product strategy.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead the modernization of contact center technology and data ecosystems across Consumer Lending Operations.
+ Drive planning and execution of large-scale, integrated solutions in partnership with Enterprise and vendor teams.
+ Enable AI capabilities to support product strategy and improve customer and employee experiences.
+ Manage dependencies across multiple product teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
+ Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in support of contact center modernization.
+ Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
+ Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex, and diverse products and services
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
+ Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
+ Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
+ Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery teams companywide
+ Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 7 + years leading product technology modernization across large contact centers and data ecosystems
+ Experience with AI capabilities to support product strategy and improve customer and employee experiences
+ Experience delivering products using agile / scrum principles
+ Ability to bring successful products to market on time, incorporating a variety of development and delivery strategies (third party, insourcing, outsourcing)
+ Experience in leading product management for high visibility products with millions of users
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to present sophisticated ideas in concise written and verbal descriptions easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
+ Previously driven business processes that include assessment of impacts, risks, prioritization, and market analysis
+ Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, and lead the product vision, writing clear/concise requirements with consideration for the end-to-end experience
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
+ Hybrid role, 3 days in office and 2 remote

Salary range for Minneapolis MN: $139,000 - $217,000
**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $217,200.00
